Course Description: This course is intended to help participants progress from learning about themselves to learning how to relate to their internal customers as well as their external customers in the workplace. This is achieved through applying critical thinking and decision-making skills. You will explore the hospitality industry focusing on the core concept: to satisfy and serve guests.
You will sit for the National Retailer Federation Customer Service Certification test. The Customer Service and Sales Certification helps individuals demonstrate knowledge and skills in areas that employers value. The certification is appropriate for anyone interested in obtaining a job or pursuing a career in industries that value customer service and sales skills.
