WHAT IS THE WORKKEYS ASSESSMENT?

The Work Keys Assessment helps you measure the workplace skills that are related to job performance. Individuals who complete the three Work Keys Assessments – Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents have a chance to earn the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC). You can earn an NCRC at the following levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze. Many employers use the NCRC levels when hiring and promoting. Some educational programs use the NCRC for admissions or scholarship criteria. Earning your NCRC is a great way to document your workplace skills.
