**Please note that testing must be in person and at one of our LDCC campuses.

DIRECTIONS ON SIGNING UP FOR A TEAS TEST

1. After exploring the TEAS dates offered (see below), register for your test date within the registration window.
2. When registration is open for your test date, sign up digitally.  The testing administrator will reach out to you via email within 24 business hours.  Monitor your email for correspondence as you will be guided with step-by-step directions to prepare you for test day.  You will receive two formal emails before test day.  If you do not receive two emails, reach out to the testing administrator via email. 
3. The first email gives instruction on how to pay the $25 proctor fee, and a link to TEAS practice (also located below).
4. To receive the second email, send a screenshot/picture of your receipt to your testing administrator before given deadline. 
5. Receipt date must be within the registration dates of your test.  Early and late payments are not accepted.
6. The second and last email instructs you how to set up your ATI account, how to pay the $70 for the TEAS exam, directions to the testing center, and instructions to guide you to test day.

NOTE ABOUT PROCTOR AND TEST FEES:

• The $25 proctor fee is non-refundable and non-transferable without a documented emergency; it retains a spot for you on the registered test date you’ve selected.
• The $70 ATI test fee is non-refundable without a documented emergency.  Request authorized examples of documents from the testing administrator.
