Disability Services

The Office of Student Counseling & Disability Services promotes full participation in campus life for individuals with disabilities by facilitating access to campus programs and activities.

Individuals with disabilities who require academic adjustments and auxiliary aids must contact this office to request these modifications. Students can contact this office by calling (318)345-9152 or by sending an email to traciclark@ladelta.edu. Also, individuals are welcome to come to Suite 144 on the Monroe to inquire about accommodations.

Students wishing to apply are encouraged to complete the LDCC Application for Disability Services. In addition to the application, students will provide documentation of their disability to the Office of Student Counseling & Disability Services.

Based on the documented needs and functional limitations of the disability, reasonable academic accommodations and auxiliary aids will be identified in a collaborative discussion between the counselor and the student. Each student’s request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
