Student Conference
- A written notice will be provided to the student via regular U.S. Mail, College e-mail or personal delivery. The notice shall include the following:
- The date, time and location of the Student Conference
- Website link to the Code
- A summary of the complaint and violation(s)
- A summary of the student's concern
- The Student Conference allows the student to meet with the Dean of Student Success Services/ Campus Director or designee to respond to the complaint.
- If the student does not appear for the Student Conference, the Dean of Student Success Services/ Campus Director or designee may proceed to make a decision based on the information gathered during the fact-finding.
- Following the Student Conference, the Dean of Student Success Services/ Campus Director or designee will decide whether the student violated the Code.
- If the Dean of Student Success Services / Campus Director determines that the student violated the Code, he or she will schedule a Student Hearing.
