Disciplinary Hearing Panel

The Disciplinary Hearing Panel shall consist of up to five (5) College staff members, not including the chairman or the Dean of Student Success Services (ex-officio member). All members of the Panel are selected from a campus-wide pool of committee members randomly for each case. A sufficient number of persons shall be selected so that a panel may be established promptly to consider a complaint. One member of the Panel will be designated by the Dean of Student Success Services to serve as the chairperson. A simple majority of the members of the Hearing Panel shall constitute a quorum.
