Behavioral Intervention/ Violence Prevention Team
The Behavioral Intervention/ Violence Prevention Team is composed of the following College Faculty/ Staff members:
- Dean of Student Success Services, Room 152, 318-345-9145
- Director of Student Counseling & Disability Services, Room 155, 318-345-9152
- Chief of Campus Police, Room 113, 318-345-9297
- Two (2) faculty members (one from the Health Sciences Department; one from another division)
- Campus Director, or designee
Alternative members:
- Behavioral Science / Psychology Assistant Professor
- Director of Center for Adult Development
The Behavioral Intervention/ Violence Prevention Team will include three core members: the Dean of Student Success Services, the Director of Student Counseling & Disability Services, and the Chief of Campus Police. These core members will serve on the team consistently. If a core member is unable to serve, an alternative member will serve on the commitment. Beyond that, there will be rotating members from faculty of the Nursing and Health Sciences Departments or other academic areas who will be asked to serve as needed. For incidents or concerns reported from the Community Campuses, the Campus Director or designee will be asked to serve on the team as well.
