The Spring 2025 Commencement Ceremony is at 6:00 P.M. on May 19, 2025, in Fant-Ewing Coliseum, located on the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) campus.
No, we do not require graduates to complete an application for graduation; however, please make sure you are following up with your advisor to make sure you are meeting all program requirements with a grade of C or better.
The diplomas will be mailed to the graduate’s preferred mailing address in LoLA and should arrive within 4-6 weeks. Please verify that your address is correct on the LoLA homepage under “Personal Information” and update as needed.

It is the graduating student's responsibility to verify, prior to the graduation ceremony, that no outstanding debt to the College exists. Students with outstanding debt will not be able to receive an official transcript nor will their diploma be released until your debt has been cleared. All graduates who have met their degree requirements are permitted to participate in the commencement activities.
Students participating in the Spring 2025 Commencement Ceremony on May 19, 2025, will be expected to arrive at Fant-Ewing Coliseum by no later than 5:00 P.M. We also encourage graduating students to attend the graduation rehearsal, happening the day of the ceremony from 4:00 - 5:00 P.M.
Yes, there will be a rehearsal on the day of the Spring 2025 Commencement Ceremony, starting at 4:00 P.M. This will give participating students the opportunity to ask questions and rehearse commencement procedure to ensure a smooth and memorable ceremony.
